Pueblo de Oro livelihood programs empower communities

To assist this sector, Pueblo de Oro constructed and funded a canteen within one of its properties in the barangay. The carinderia, called “Solo-Salo sa Pueblo de Oro,” provides a consistent and supplemental source of income for the single mothers who run the canteen.

“Solo-Salo sa Pueblo de Oro” is among the residential developer’s social welfare initiatives aimed at providing livelihood opportunities to its adopted communities, in their project sites in Cagayan de Oro, Batangas, Pampanga and Cebu.

The projects provide citizens, including people with disabilities (PWDs) and single parents, the chance to earn a respectable livelihood by providing capital, training and monthly monitoring.
